Hi I’m Renee,

I love movement, yoga, wellness, travel, and photography and try to weave all those things together! Coming from a dance background movement has always been a guide for me. A place to create, express, and breakthrough and constantly return too. Ive been practicing Yoga since I was 19 but only experiencing the physical side of the practice. It wasn’t until I was 26 that I found myself in India doing my 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. For many years after, I saw dance and my yoga experience as two separate journeys. Now i see them as two guides that seamlessly move along side one another.

Whether it’s through online classes or in person, my focus is to always encourage people to bring their awareness down into the body, listen, explore, and discover the wisdom the body has. To drop any expectations and bring more intuition, adaptability, awareness, and creativity into the way you move both on and off the mat. I offer both free movement classes and yoga classes which both have an integrated approach and weave my experience and continuous studies from dance and the yogic teachings. Incorporating breath, movement and meditation in every class. I want to offer a space where people can be moved by their own movement, open their awareness, and ground their nervous system by accessing the mind, body, breath and your internal energetic system.
