Movement, Yoga & Meditation

Hi I’m Renee, Im a Dancer, Yoga, and Meditation teacher based in London. I offer classes and retreats sharing different movement modalities, yoga, breath-work, and meditation.

Whether it’s through online classes or in-person retreats, my focus is to encourage people to bring their awareness down into the body, listen, and explore their inner and outer being. To drop any expectations and bring more intuition, awareness, and creativity into the way you move both on and off the mat. The yoga classes I offer weave through Breath-work, Pranayama, Hatha/Vinyasa, Free movement, Kriya, Mantra, and Meditation. An integrated practice which anchors you into the here and now. A space to be moved by your own movement, bring greater body/mind awareness, and stabilise the nervous system by accessing practices that connect you to the mind, body, and your internal energetic system.
