A 60 Minute Yoga journey weaving through Pranayama, gentle Hatha postures, Laya movement, Meditation, and Mantra. This class works for those in parts of the world who are wanting an early morning class to start their day or for those who are journeying into their evening and wanting a class to wind down. Each class brings mindful movement, a sense of ease and fluidity in the mind, body, breath, and spirit.
